Having Trouble Viewing Your Tracking?

Sometimes tracking pages don’t load correctly or fail to refresh. No worries. We are here to help!

Follow these steps:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email
Look for an email with a subject line similar to “Shipping update”.

2. Copy your tracking number
Inside the email, you’ll see a long tracking number. Select it and copy it.

3. Visit the tracking website
Open this page in your browse/phone: https://parcelsapp.com/

4. Paste the tracking number
Paste your tracking number into the search field and click Track Package.

5. Wait 30 to 60 seconds
The system may take a short moment to fetch updates. Your tracking history should appear automatically.

You should now see the latest delivery updates for your order.
