Construction:
Fit alone doesn't hold a hat on open water. One gust, one wake and it's gone. So this one works in two parts. The rear drawcord solves the fit problem: a fixed-size hat only truly fits one head. This one covers 56 to 60cm, and the cord takes up the slack anywhere in that range, round head or oval. Cinched down, the crown sits snug. The chin harness does the holding: wide strap anchored at both sides, quick-release buckle under the jaw. The drawcord sets the fit, the face cord keeps the hat.

Material:
Quick-dry nylon shell, open mesh at the side vents. Takes a soaking, dries fast on the head.

Fit:
One size, 56-60cm, set by the rear drawcord. Chin harness holds it there when the wind doesn't. Unisex.

Care recommendation:
Rinse after salt water. Hand wash cold, air dry in shade. No machine, no dryer. Don't stow it wet.
